The terms of sale

1. Payment and mode of settlement 

After client confirmed the required technical parameters, the both parties shall enter in to a purchases and sales contract. The client shall pay 30% deposit of not less than total amount. After the deposit is paid, the contract shall come into effect and the seller shall start the production of ordered products and deliver products as per time of delivery specified in contract. Before delivery, the purchaser shall pay up the remaining amount. We shall issue the invoice within one month after the delivery of products. 

2. Lead time 

Our products are customized based on client’s specific requirements. After client provide us with the required technical parameters for power module, if parameters are standard input and output, products shall be delivered in 4-6 weeks after concluding contract; if required parameters are non-standard input and output, products shall be delivered in 6-8 weeks after concluding contract. 

3. Method of delivery

Express post shall be first choice for delivery and we shall pay the freight charge. 

4. Quality requirement

Products shall be strictly inspected and tested according to our delivery standard. The warranty period for products shall be two years. 

5. Inspection and acceptance 

If client find that product’s technical parameters or performance fail to reach the requirement within one month after receiving the product, please contact us in time and we shall make the exchange.
